Amputee Woman One Leg Heel Crutches and Stump

I am a reasonably new amputee who is trying on a high heel for the first time since the amputation. Doing this at home as I am still not proficient at crutching and lose my balance quite often. Also I am still very conscious of my stump and am embarrassed to show the residual limb (bare or otherwise). The long dress is quite elegant (I think) and hides the amputation quite well.
