Welcome to today's video where I share with ya'll how my morning routine. This is a typical weekend morning for me, minus the falling part! It doesn't happen often, but a major reality for amputee's is that we are more susceptible to falls & accidents.

My Saturday Workout//
- warm up 10 min on treadmill
- alternating sequence of plank to scissor kicks - 30-45-40 sec of plank, 30-45-60 sec of kicks
- 30-45-60 sec mountain climbers
- 30-45-60 sec crunches
- 30-45-60 sec sit-ups holding weight to chest
- 2 mins jump rope
- cool down walking on treadmill with an incline
