In January, I made this video. It was never uploaded. I wanted to upload something because I do NOT want to have too few videos. SPOILER: The Treaty of Tallinn: Southern Courland and South Latvia are annexed by Lithuania. Latvia changes name t o Riga. Northern Courland becomes more autonomous.
