Aladdin - The Cave of Wonders (2020 Live Action Parody Trailer)

Aladdin - The Cave of Wonders is the latest Disney classic to be given a live action remake. Following in the footsteps of Maleficent, The Jungle Book, Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King Reborn, come join Aladdin in a brand new adventure. Aladdin, a common street rat from the city of Agrabah, stumbles upon a mysterious lamp located deep within the Arabian desert. Join Aladdin, along with his monkey pal Abu, as they unearth the secret of the lamp and save the beautiful princess Jasmine from the villainous Jafar. Yes, this is a fan trailer (or a concept trailer). Fan trailers are often misunderstood. These videos transform existing footage through the use of editing, professional voice artists, and heavy effects work (in After Effects). These videos take many weeks of editing to create. I take existing content and transform it into an entirely original fictional film. Unfortunately that this movie WON'T be coming to a cinema anytime soon. This is another video that I created "before" the real film was announced. The original animated film has never been one of my favorite Disney films (it's cute), but I did enjoy making this video. The idea of this was to only use audio from the original film, and splice it with live action footage in a way that would make sense and seem believable.
