Akasha Daughter's Death

Controversy now surrounds the death of 'drug baron' Ibrahim Akasha's daughter-in-law Suad Baktash after her body was exhumed as police intensified efforts to establish the cause for a her death. Police officers and a government pathologist conducted the exercise at Sargoi Muslim cemetery in Mombasa under tight security after an earlier confrontation with the residents who were opposed to the exhumation saying it goes against Islamic teachings.
