Bboy Rank: Airchair to Elbow Tutorial!
Stretching: Before you attempt this move you should stretch so you won't injure your wrist or your shoulder. I injured both my wrist in a battle because i didn't stretch.
Step One: Make sure that you are comfortable with holding an airchair (you must have a stable airchair)
Step Two: Make sure that you are also comfortable with holding a one handed elbow freeze.
If you have elbow hops, this move should be easier for you.
While doing the airchair to elbow, you must bring you legs all the way up.
Step Three: Practice the motion so you'll know how the move works/feels
Step Four: When this is done, you should thrust your hips out then put your elbow down. For me, it felt really weird the first couple of times i did it but I got use to it.
Tip: It's best to hold the airchair then try going into the elbow freeze.
