Agile - Session 1 - Getting Started

This was an introductory session given to software professionals at the University of Minnesota who are dealing with real challenges they face in implementing and maintaining Agile/Scrum processes and practices in their team. It covers facets of the getting started, planning, why we plan, and a little of how Agile planning is different from traditional methodologies, and touches on rhythms and flow of an Agile process.
