Acme Condor Pro engine not starting. what's wrong?

I have bought this 2nd hand nitro car thats 2 months old and apparently only used once. Cannot get it started. replaced the glow plug and I know it works since it lights up. This is my 1st nitro car so I do not understand whats going on. I emptied the engine of fuel incase it was flooded. help please.
