Earlier in the year Brandy had torn her achilles and was anxious to get back to training as soon as possible. Now, Dr. Nick is helping Brandy gain some calf strength back to help rehab the achilles and eventually get back to making leg gains by incorporating some blood flow restriction training to strengthen the area without applying extra strain.
