Accident with Taxi cutting me off in Bentley

A taxi cut me off in John St Bentley and did some damage to my front LHS wheel arch and panel. Good thing for the Dash Camera to show who is in the wrong. The taxi clearly came from the LH turning lane into the straight through lane as I went to proceed through the lights .
