On the eve of ACC football returning for the 2017 season, Commissioner John Swofford said he believes his conference will play the toughest non-conference football schedule in the country. It's hard to argue with a slate that includes FSU-Alabama, Georgia Tech-Tennessee, West Virginia-Virginia Tech, Louisville-Purdue, and North Carolina State-South Carolina in only the first week.
