I learned that the Lord's prayer in aramaic has a wider meaning and give you a lot of space for interpretation than the common christian version I grew up with. I sang the aramaic Lord's prayer and discovered this even more while singing it. That's why I recorded it on Easter sunday and monday.I memorized the text while listening to different versions, spoken and sung as well - and created a different and new version of it.As a spiritual healer, based in Berlin, Germany, working at a medical center, I discover more and more my vocal healing power. With the intention to heal I recorded "Abwoon - the Lord's prayer in aramaic, the language of Jesus.I think it is healthy listing to it. But, please, listen for yourself. My Interpretation of Abwoon will appear on a CD with Healing Songs ("Heilgesänge" - Schirner Verlg). All other songs will be in collaboration with piano player Irina Kornilenko.
This version is a new mix.
