A commemoration jointly organised by the 1916 Relatives Association and the Belfast National Graves Association takes place in the iconic Milltown Cemetery in West Belfast, the final resting place of a true Irish heroine Winifred Carney, a socialist, trade unionist, feminist and republican who acted as Commandant James Connolly's aide de camp in the GPO during the 1916 Easter Rising.
