A Transferee Permit Complaint Turned Into A Policy Challange

Trying to put in a internal affairs complaint turned into challenging policy at the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office. For the third year in a row the Ramsey County Sheriffs Office has failed to issue me my transferee permit within the time mandated by law. I applied for my permit on October 7th and I just received it in the mail today, the 24th. Looking at the permit it was issued on the 16th, but not mailed until the 23rd. I applied at the Patrol Station in Arden hills. I was told it would take 10 days, 7 business days, though the law says 7 days. This is the third time I have put in a complaint. It took me 2 days and a few hours of my time before I was able to talk to someone from IA. I was told numerous times that I was not allowed to film in the Ramsey County Sheriff's Law Enforcement Center, but have yet to see a copy of the policy even though I have requested it multiple times. I can only hope that this does not happen to any more Ramsey County citizens. http://www.gofundme.com/239veg
