A Sweet Dog from the South Saved From a Puppy Mill

Zoey was rescued with more than 90 cats and dogs, many in urgent need of veterinary attention from White County, Arkansas. After authorities discovered them living in filth and suffering from a lack of basic care the Arkansas State Police called in The Humane Society of the United States and other area and national organizations, including Central Arkansas Rescue Efforts for Animals, The Humane Society of Saline County, and RedRover, to assist in the rescue and removal of the animals.
