Last time, Maria also had a preterm delivery so she’s a little worried about how it will go this time. Another mum-to-be is 36-year-old Natalya, who will experience labour for the first time. Despite being told that giving birth at her age can be risky, she decided to try and kept up her spirits throughout her pregnancy. Meanwhile, Anastasia, 29, can’t wait for her daughter to come into the world. She carefully follows the doctors’ instructions to breathe in and push. She seems calm since it’s her second time in a maternity ward. All of the expectant mothers are in the safe hands of attentive anaesthetists, obstetricians and nurses. The experienced doctors ensure women have a safe experience of childbirth, instructing them on how to breathe and push when needed.
