A short promotional film on Canberra, Australia's Capital Territory by Austin Langan

This promotional short film is part of my TAFE project done @ the Canberra Institute of Technology, Australia while studying Media and Communications. Script, direction, editing of this film is done by me with the assistance of my two school mates and a family friend. This film has a lot of useful information about Canberra, especially for future students/visitors planning to come to Canberra. This city is vast and has plenty to boast about. Here's a few great things about Canberra: Canberra is a beautiful destination for studies and living. It is central to the popular states NSW, Victoria and its big cities like Sydney & Melbourne. It is just a 3 hours drive from Canberra to Sydney. A peaceful yet interesting city with diverse cultures. The people here are very friendly and welcoming. There are a range of top universities such as the Australian National University, University of Canberra and TAFE education providers like Canberra Institute of Technology. No traffic problems and very easy to commute from one end of the city to the other. You will find a great variety of food and drinks. Plenty of cafes and pubs & a lot of live music & multicultural fests on and off. In one minute you could find yourself in the heart of the city & in the other minute, up the beautiful mountains for a great scenic view. Around Canberra you can also get to see some beautiful country side. Experience awesome nature reserves and see the most prettiest birds. Canberra has one of the most beautiful autumns and sun sets. My personal experiences here have been great and I am keen to live in this beautiful city. Hope you visit Canberra too and have a great time.
