The plan for today was to get some half marathon and marathon pace mile intervals in as part of my Saturday long run. And while the long run part went fine for the most part, the intervals weren't all that great. And while the splits were kind of a fail, it's not all that bad. There's still a lot of good to pull out of this bad workout.
