9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) 2019 - Highlights

The annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) gala dinner, presented by Kohler, was held on Friday evening (4 October 2019) at the St. Regis Singapore, where a total of 46 awards were presented to recognise the country's finest real estate developers, projects, and design. UOL Group Limited emerged as the biggest winner of the evening, taking the coveted Best Developer award. Kemmy Tan, Chief Executive Officer of M+S Pte Ltd, was presented with the special '2019 Singapore Real Estate Personality of the Year', making her the second female recipient of this award, following Celine Tang of SingHaiyi Group in 2018.
