Ayon sa isang survey, 82% ng mga batang Pilipino ang nakararanas daw ng corporal punishment o pananakit bilang paraan ng pagdidisiplina. Bumuo ang Philippine Educational Theatre Association ng workshop para ituro sa mga magulang ang wastong pagdidisiplina sa mga anak. --- In the Philippines, two out of three parents have been found to use corporal punishment as a disciplinary method on their children.
