Content ID is a popular digital fingerprinting system that content creators can use to easily identify and manage their copyrighted content on YouTube. Videos uploaded to YouTube are compared against audio and video files registered with Content ID by content owners, looking for any matches. In this case you have to contact to youtube via "Feedback" button in the footer of Youtube page. 4)What is Creative Commons? Create commons also called "public domain work". There are many types/version off cc(creative commons) which people use and off course each one has different rules. Youtube use CC Attribution of creative commons which mean we can just use youtube editor for making/modifying and then monetizing the cc video(s) which mean if you upload cc video without using yt editor so there is chance that your video can be claimed easily but ... wait a second ....... Right now youtube editor has lot of videos which are actually not creative common I mean they are not 100% pure cc so in that case you can still get claim/strike if the original content creator see his/her video so they can report it and youtube will give you strike. The bottom line is don't use cc videos. It's shocking but it's truth :) 5) What is Fair Use ?
