Here are seven ways you can reduce dry mouth.
Number one, drink six to eight glasses of water per day. That helps to replenish saliva.
Number two, avoid drinking milk or other dairy products. It creates mucus and makes the mouth feel very sticky.
Number three, avoid sugar. It creates sticky plaque, makes your mouth feel very sticky and dry.
Number four, gently brush your tongue with Therabreath toothpaste. It looks like this. The reason is it cleans your tongue very well. It has oxygen compounds, which moistens the mouth.
Number five, Therabreath mouth wetting lozenges. They look like this. They come in various sizes. They are mouth wetting lozenges. They contain a secret ingredient, which I can't tell you what it is. It's a natural compound that gives you a lot more saliva, much better than candies, which have sugar in them, and much better than lemon drops, which have citric acid, which ruins tooth enamel.
Number six, there is no sodium lauryl sulfate. Actually don't use any toothpaste which has sodium lauryl sulfate. This toothpaste is does not have sodium lauryl sulfate. That's soap. It makes your mouth dry.
And number seven, if you're going to drink water, as I mentioned in number one, add a little slice of lemon every once in a while. Don't do it frequently. Again, too much citric acid is bad for your teeth.
