(Raw video of a previous recording: https://yadi.sk/i/dHfkXUnTwx58p) When I replaced my dead Radeon HD 7950 with a new GTX 1060, I was looking forward to smooth video recordings with ShadowPlay. Unfortunately, the stuttering is constant and incredibly noticeable, especially when compared to the silky-smooth 60FPS FRAPS recordings. There's even stuttering when recording at 30FPS for ShadowPlay. Specs: - Intel Core i7-2600K @ 4GHz - 16GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM - Windows 10 Pro x64 - GeForce Experience 3.0.7.34 - GeForce Driver 375.70 - Kingston HyperX 3K SSD (120GB) - Seagate Barracuda HD (1TB) I've tried a number of recommendations, including: - Recording to the SSD instead of the HD - Installing a clean copy of Windows 10, only installing drivers + GFE + a game or two - Decreasing the bitrate (it's set to 130Mbps in GFE, but only records at 50Mbps max) I even compared the above videos frame-by-frame, and the ShadowPlay recording was clearly skipping frames... You can download the 60FPS YouTube video via https://savedeo.com/ to see for yourself. So, either ShadowPlay / GeForce Experience is junk, or something else is wrong that nobody can figure out the solution to...
