Getting comfortable with manipulating the sound of your snare will allow you to pull a seemingly unlimited amount of sounds from just ONE drum. It’s really important to understand the limitations of your instrument so you can play and experiment within those boundaries.
In this video, I’ll be using my Dunnett snare drum. Although this is a high-end snare, it’s possible to make it sound terrible if I don’t tune it correctly.
