So this is a pretty loose template to be played with any sort of high pdps 2H weapon and pretty basic gear requirements. I've found static strike to be probably the most fun/effective out of all those skills but you can do whatever you like.
A Doomsower works great with this build and is a super cheap/easy to obtain option so if you need a starter weapon I'd recommend that one highly.
