269Life South Africa Cape Town took to the streets of Stellenbosch in Cape Town, South Africa, yesterday, on the significant date for 269International: 26/9. This global event, dubbed "Respect Life," hosted in 80 cities across the world, saw its Cape Town leg demonstrate the horrors of the various phases in the lives of "food animals": from a life in captivity, to inhumane transportation, to branding, to slaughter, to packaging, to trade, to consumption, to disposal.
