Interval training is a great way to utilize time and stay on track. It also minimizes down time spent standing around. Resistance bands are also great way to get a workout in since you can increase or decrease resistance on the fly. Plus with only a few bands you can perform hundreds of exercises.

• 2 sets of each superset
• 45 sec on // 30 sec off // 45 sec extended break between exercises
