2019 MN CRP Forms Are Due By Jan 31, 2020

2019 Minnesota Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) forms are due by January 31, 2020. There are a few changes in the form compared to previous years. The main differences that I noticed are: 1) Married couples no longer get one form together. They now need to each receive a separate form. 2) The expectation for a landlord to be able to multiply has been removed. This year we only need to use subtraction. 3) If you have a lot of CRP forms to create, you can now upload the information to the state website for a streamlined process.
