Powered solely by a 2.3-liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine connected to a 10-speed automatic transmission the 2019 Ford Ranger is bringing modern engine tech to the midsize segment. Ford has smartly outfitted the 2019 Ranger with optional modern amenities like lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, 8-inch Sync 3 infotainment with Apple Car Play and Android Auto.
