This is the McLaren Senna, the most track focused supercar the brand has even made. Powered by a twin-turbo 4.0 litre engine producing 789bhp, the Senna supercar is capable of 0-62mph in just 2.8 second or 0-124mph in 6.8 seconds. It is faster around a track than its other Ultimate Series brother, the McLaren P1 thanks to 800kg of downforce. Just 500 McLaren Senna will be built at a cost of £750,000.
This hyper car weighs just 1,198kg thanks to extensive use of carbon fibre. Its front fend weighs just 650g, its door 8.8kg, and its carbon fibre racing seat just 3.36kg. Active aerodynamic surfaces, including a large rear wing, adjust to create ultimate balance.
We review the McLaren Senna at the Estoril F1 circuit to find out if it is worthy of its legendary name. Listen to the noise this car makes!
