Volkswagen's New Crafter Van Available In Hundreds Of Configurations. Volkswagen's commercial vehicles division has just revealed its new full-size van. And between its various trim levels, the lengths and heights of its cargo box, engine options and drivetrain choices, it can (theoretically) be had in a staggering 864 configurations. The all-new van will be available in four base models, in three lengths, three heights, with four engine options, two transmissions and three drivetrain layouts. Even once the trim level and the size of its cargo box are selected, the customer can still choose between four diesel engines ranging from 102 metric horsepower all the way up to 177.
