Yes, you may not knowing that the lower income or average income class is lived next to this malls. The cost sky high for its rent, the shops, restaurants, cinemas are paying unbelievable price. Then the result simply is we pay more, period. This malls or any others in HK are the same, the properties owners don't care the living standard, as long as they see the money from China is going up and they care about only the mainlanders who can afford the luxury products, we HongKongers shall be less priority.
