Episode 5. The Struggle Within is a poetic feminizing hypnosis recording that will change the way you think about yourself -- forever. Meant to be looped and listened to on a daily basis. It contains a main center track written in poem format with a hypnotizing echo. On the left and right sides are suggestions repeating quickly along with a very low center suggestion loop under the poetic main loop. Try listening in different ways, to only the center channel - or focus on both the left and right at the same time. Also, try clearing your mind and focusing on the brainwaves. If you concentrate and relax enough, the words will start to be heard but you won't actually be able to decipher them - when you get to this stage you are truly in a trance and the suggestions become most influential.
