The 2013 Urban Model Awards was held in D.C. & so many models turned out for the celebration. Elke The Stallion & Ayisha Diaz took the show winning some big awards that night. we also got a performance by rapper CAP 1 & DMV's own R&B sensation Chris Bivins.
