Tarou is the small seaside town of Iwate where was divastated by the Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami on 2011. Mar. 11. To help his support activity, I decided to upload this movie through my channel. Still lots of people is not found buried under the the wreckage. Rescuees cannot get enough food and medicine and oil for heater.
