However, todays youth are coming of age when many of these struggles seem like a chapter of the distant past. What do these past struggles mean for todays youth and young people? What is the impact of the past on the future? This interactive and thought-provoking workshop aims to engage Asian American and Pacific Islander youth as the future generation of leaders for a candid discussion on how they can get involved and shape civil rights agendas.
