200-HR I AM Yoga™ Teacher Training

The Integrative Amrit Method (I AM Yoga™) 200-hour Teacher Training and Certification is a 20-day retreat in 2 parts at the end of which you are certified under the Yoga Alliance. As a yoga practitioner you may not know if you would like to be a yoga instructor, however the best way to learn something is to teach it. We offer both the 200-hour teacher certification as well as the 500-hour yoga teacher training. Unlike many programs where you attempt to study yoga in-between your busy schedule.
