Doing yoga poses that are close to the floor are especially great for releasing any stress, since they have a grounding energy.
Whenever you find thoughts of worry creeping in during your practice, I always like to refocus on the sound of my breath. Keep in mind that in that particular moment there's nothing else to do than relax. Those things really can wait, if we give ourselves the permission!
You may need two blocks (you can always just use stacks of books or thick pillows) and a blanket for this class.
