Sacramento Police are reviewing the arrest of a 12-year-old after a video of officers putting a hood over the boy's head went viral. This is one of the body cam videos provided by Sacramento Police. Sacramento Police Sgt. Vance Chandler told ABC10 the “spit mask” was used for a specific reason and that it causes no harm to the person wearing it.
