We will be doing 10 minutes workout to reduce breast size at home without any equipment and this is very effective exercises to overall get good shape.
This is 2 Min workout and you have to do 4 sets of it... In total its 10 minutes workout with 1 minute of break in between every set.....
Spot reduction is not possible so in this video we will be targeting whole body parts to see more effect on body.
So mountain climbing , burpees , dumping and hindu pushups all these exercises keep in you shape and ultimately help you decrease your breast size too.
