1-30-2013 Adairsville, GA Tornado Damage

The Project: RECON storm chase team arrived in Adairsville in the early evening, several hours after the tornado had already struck the town. They witnessed damage consistent with a high end EF-2 or an EF-3 tornado, and it was later rated a high end EF-3 by the NWS. They were interviewed by several radio and television news sources and will be submitting their damage photos to the National Weather Service to aide them in rating the tornado.
