It has been investigated as true and 100% documented by the Tucson Tyranny Response Team that Pima County Regional Flood Control District (R.F.C.D.) gets unknowing Sheeple citizens to sign away there million dollar rights to file a counter claim against any and all Pima County Employee's, Entities, including RFCD. The way Pima County gets people to do this is they slip in a contractual agreement in the Flood plain use permit right after the stranded covenants, conditions and restrictions. RESEARCH IT FOR YOURSELF, if you signed a FPUP you may have waved some very valuable Right's. My examples are as follows: 1) Two of my neighbors in a drainage area put up block walls in a known regulatory floodplain. one got a FLOOD PLAIN USE PERMIT and instantly waived there rights to sue Pima county if any problems arise from the approval of the permit. 2) The other neighbor did not get a RFCD flood plain use permit. By the time the county got involved after multiple flood damages it seemed RFCD's priority to get the neighbor without the permit to get the permit A.S.A.P. instead of really addressing the flood problems. These 2nd neighbors effectively seemed to have willingly waved there rights to file a counter claim against the county if Problems arise from RFCD approving there permit after there wall was built. NOTE- both neighbors did cause a problem when they both diverted flood waters from approval of there permit, both neighbors waved there rights to sue the county. My rights are still intact, I will not waive them. 3) when and if I have to sue the Neighbors and PIMA COUNTY note that the Two water blocking neighbors have already waived there rights to remedy and or damages.
