Two window washers were left hanging from a broken scaffold on the side of a building in Lower Manhattan on Monday morning.

Aerial video from a local TV station shows rescue crews pulling the two workers into the 20th floor of the building after cutting through a glass window.

Rescue operations took about an hour, and both workers declined medical attention, according to CBS New York.
