It's Bird from Birdknowsbest.com doing a review on the Camping Hiking 300 Lumen Cree LED headlamp. What this is long name for a bright little headlamp? When you get the device, it comes like these: batteries are not included. I don't believe. It takes three triple A's. You just pop this little rubber piece off the back here like that and you can see you've got three triple A's in there. There will be a more detailed blog post. I'll put it in the description below to my blog and I'll show you the link to buy it on Amazon. It varies anywhere from any retails like thirty-five but I got on sale for like twelve or fifteen bucks. It's a great price. And then there's not much you can do. It's pretty simple, I should say. There's a lot of light that comes out of this little bad boy. Just hit the silver button, it gives you a bright light then a dim light and then a strobe feature. The battery lasts pretty long. Obviously the more you use it, the brighter it is, the shorter the battery is going to last but you can adjust it here. There's a little adjustment piece right here to make it fit on your head. It doesn't work as well with a cap. It works better without a cap but it can be used on a cap. And now I'll just demonstrate how bright it is in a dark room so you guys get a feel of how great this lamp is. Alright. Before I put this on here, I'm just going to show you that again, this is where you turn the power on and then you pull this out and it focuses beam or narrows the beam and then you push this in and it widens the beam so when you'll see it, when I have it on, you'll get a chance to see what's going on and you'll see the difference between a narrow beam and a wide beam. Alright guys. I'm sitting in a dark room. I'm going to turn the headlamp on. This is at full wide angle and if I look up, you can see it really makes the room very bright and you have the option to pull it forward and it focuses the beam, pull it back and it widens. And then in either one of those, if you hit the button again it makes it a little softer so you can have a softer focus beam and then the last button hit is strobe and the last one's off. So I like to keep it wide angled depending on how far away I'm viewing but it's a great little light. I highly suggest it. It's the Cree 300 Lumen.
