It’s now been three weeks of terror in the city of Mariupol, where Russian shelling has been relentless.

Houses, theatres, schools, plants, shopping centres: nothing escapes the fierce Kremlin attacks.

This time, an art school, with the word ‘children’ in white on the facade, used as bomb shelter has been bombed.

400 people are believed to have been inside at the moment of the strike.

This cruel attack is the second time in less than a week that Russian forces have bombed public buildings.
