‘Russian Airstrike WIPES OUT Kharkiv’s Culture Centre’

CCTV footage shows a large explosion at the House of Culture in Lozova city, in the Kharkiv region.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who released the video on social media, said the building was hit by a Russian missile strike.

He called the astride “evil and absolute stupidity” and said the blast killed seven people, including an 11-year-old girl.
