Four hot air balloons took off from Israel’s main airport in a rare sight captured on video.

With Ben Gurion Airport’s runway largely free due to flights being grounded amid the pandemic, a special permission was granted.

Israel’s Airport Authority closed its airspace for the occasion, with preparations for lift-off made before dawn.
