Ruptly is live from New York City on Saturday, January 29, following a severe winter storm.

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for NYC and Southern NY State on Friday. According to the forecasts, the city could see anywhere from 8 to 12 inches (20 to 30 cm) of snow during the day.
