Isabelle and Christine Maxwell, sisters of Ghislaine Maxwell charged with several counts of sex trafficking and perjury, were spotted outside New York City’s federal court on Tuesday, on the second day of trial deliberations.
Both sisters were seen walking towards the courthouse, trying to make their way through a crowd of journalists.
The 59-year-old socialite and British heiress, Ghislaine, is accused of recruiting and grooming young girls for the late financier Jeffrey Epstein between 1994 and 2004.
Epstein killed himself in his jail cell before he went on trial for sex abuse charges in 2019.
Maxwell faces up to 80 years in prison if convicted. Deliberations will resume tomorrow at the federal court.
