FBI probing noose incident at NASCAR garage

NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace was the victim of a heinous act when a noose was found in his garage stall at Talledega Superspeedway. NASCAR recently banned the Confederate flag at all racing events after Wallace spoke up about the issue. The FBI and NASCAR are investigating the incident.
